Federal Judge Throws Constitution Out the Window

Pope Pius XI, Casti Connubii. FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:In the dark spring of 2010 Federal Judge Robert W. Sweet of the Federal District Court of Lower Manhattan, threw the U.S. Constitution out the window and trampled on the Rights of all Americans when he declined a motion for dismissal of a simple case of legal and Constitutional Civil Disobedience. On December 12th, of 2009, two men, Theodore Puckett of Normandy, Tennessee and Ric Dugan of Breaux Bridge, Louisiana peacefully and non violently blocked the doors to the US headquarters of the largest baby killing empire in the world, Planned Parenthood, on Bleeker Street in lower Manhattan, not far from the proposed World Trade Center Memorial Mosque, or Ground Zero Mosque. By doing so, they initiated the 2nd Generation of Rescue in the US ( over 70,0000 Americans were arrested during the 1st generation of Rescue in the 80's and 90's, 10 times more than had been arrested during the Civil Rights Movement of the 50's and 60's). There were 3 baby's saved from murder that day, known as "confirmed saves" by experienced sidewalk counselors who have heroically stood at the gates of these murder camps nationwide, since baby murder was "legalized" in 1973. The 2 men belong to a Catholic Lay Apostolate called Dei Glorium, Latin for The Glory of God. In the dark but hopeful spring of 2010, Mr Dugan entered a motion for dismissal of charges which claimed the 2 men had " blocked access to a clinic entrance of people seeking "reproductive health care". Mr. Dugan stated correctly that; "hiring serial killers at Planned Parenthood to murder innocent children is not 'reproductive health care' ". Judge Sweet refused to even discuss Mr. Dugan's motion for dismissal during a pre trial conference, which conference turned out to be no conference at all, but only an announcement session by the pompous Judge Sweet, where he proclaimed;"I have set a date for the trial". At this point, Dugan was still hopeful that the judge would uphold his oath of office to uphold the Federal Constitution. Only when travel arrangements for the trial were being discussed did Dugan learn that the arrogant Judge Sweet had denied Dugan's motion for dismissal and was hell bent on stomping on the Constitution and going to trial. It gets worse. During the trial the judge disclosed that his wife had been on the Board of Directors of Planned Parenthood, he then should have recused himself from the case as a matter of course, but didn't. Planned Parenthood is considered by many to be the " Neo Nazi SS" of our time. Also, the paid witness for Planned Parenthood, a young female "social worker" who works at the killing center in lower Manhattan, was caught committing purjury during the one day trial, of which Judge Sweet commented to the effect that; " it doesn't matter ". Rogue Judge Sweet then amazingly and illegally, found the 2 men guilty of violating the infamous, illegal and unconstitutional "FACE" Act and set sentencing for October, 12th, 2010 at the Federal District Court of Lower Manhattan, where they are expected to get 6 months and a 10,000 fine , or worse.
