or Why we need to try the Supreme Court for Treason . Americans have let the Supreme Court and other Federal Courts take over our government. The President, Congress, Governors, and State Legislatures have failed to uphold their oath of office to defend our Federal and State Constitutions. And We the People have let them. Here in Breaux Bridge Louisiana, USA, the CRAWFISH CAPITOL of the free world, the folks here would say "that don't make no kinda sense sha, are you a Couillion?". We are no longer living in a democracy. We have been taken over by the Supreme Court. This is Treason! They have pulled a "Coup de Etat", slowly but surely over the last 50 years, and it is time for Congress and the President to reign in the Courts power by putting them on trial for Treason! In her book "The Supremacists" Phyllis Schlafly, one of the most effective grass roots political leaders in American history says: "America faces a crisis of self-government. Unless the American public makes its outrage about judicial supremacists loud and clear, the Supreme Court may believe it can continue to ignore the public. The American People must demand that Congress use its full constitutional powers to protect America from judicial usurpation. This goal should take priority over everything else because the federal courts pose the number one threat to our democratic process. As long as we allow judges to legislate, we do not have republican self-government. The current situation is intolerable. The supremacists have replaced our three equal branches of the federal government with the Imperial Judiciary. Nobody 'called upon' nine life tenured, unelected, unaccountable justices to solve the fundamental issues confronting us and to dictate our 'future history'. We call on Congress to use its constitutional authority to restore the balance of power among the three branches." Gee whiz, it don't get much clearer than this, and that do make some kinda sense! Do we want to Escape From Freedom by losing ourselves in idiotic TV shows like "Desperate Housewives" and Godless, Socialist Hollywood movies like "Brokeback Mountain" ? The German people did the same thing in 1933 when they gave their freedom away to a Fuhrer, Adolf Hitler, so they wouldn't have to think anymore. Here in the good 'ole USA, we have done the same thing by giving our freedom to an oligarchy of 9 unelected despots in robes called the Supreme Court and by electing a Socialist or Fascist Presedent, Barak Huessein Obama. Americans by the millions have peacefully worked to stop the Infanticidal Genocide that has been going on in our Great Nation for over 33 years, and the Courts have been laughing in our faces! Our government is not functioning anymore to protect life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness and it's time We The People take back power that is rightfully ours and force Congress, the President and other political leaders to do their job and uphold the Constitution by putting the Supreme Court on trial for Treason!!
