BATES SWIM TEAM EUPHORIC

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:The Bates College swim team is bubbling with excitement at the Division III Championships, being held at Williams College in northwestern Massachusetts this weekend, surrounded by the grandeur of the Berkshire Mountains. Tara "The Shark" Dugan was able to cut a full 9 seconds off her best time for the 1000 meter swim, sending the crowd into a near delirious state of aquatic excitement on Saturday. Then, on Sunday, the 3rd day of championships, The Shark once again wooed the crowd by cutting 30 seconds off her best time in the mile. One of The Sharks biggest fans, her sister Paloma Kelly Dugan, a Senior on the swim team at Middlebury College stated; "Team Dugan is very pleased with her performance (The Sharks)... we are happy!" Paloma came down from Middlebury in Vermont to assist Middleburys Freshman team, who is doing quite well, to cheer on her sister, The Shark, and to boost the moral of both. Since i can barely figure out whats going on at the swim meet, i can only report on Tara's performance at the meet because she is my daughter, and this reporter usually focuses on politics. But i can say that swimming is a very exciting sport, once you can figure out which one is your daughter and what the goal for each individual heat is. Arrest Planned Parenthood Serial Killers

"Arrest Planned Parenthood Serial Killers now" says Pro Life Activist Ric Dugan as he was released from Federal prison recently. Mr Dugan had spent 3 months in Federal custody for rescuing 3 babies from abortion last year. He maintains that Serial Killers at Planned Parenthood should be imprisoned for murdering babies day in and day out, not peaceful Christian protesters. " Where is the justice in imprisoning peaceful protesters and protecting serial killers? How can our Nation survive this great in justice? Federal Judge Throws Constitution Out the Window

Pope Pius XI, Casti Connubii. FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:In the dark spring of 2010 Federal Judge Robert W. Sweet of the Federal District Court of Lower Manhattan, threw the U.S. Constitution out the window and trampled on the Rights of all Americans when he declined a motion for dismissal of a simple case of legal and Constitutional Civil Disobedience. On December 12th, of 2009, two men, Theodore Puckett of Normandy, Tennessee and Ric Dugan of Breaux Bridge, Louisiana peacefully and non violently blocked the doors to the US headquarters of the largest baby killing empire in the world, Planned Parenthood, on Bleeker Street in lower Manhattan, not far from the proposed World Trade Center Memorial Mosque, or Ground Zero Mosque. By doing so, they initiated the 2nd Generation of Rescue in the US ( over 70,0000 Americans were arrested during the 1st generation of Rescue in the 80's and 90's, 10 times more than had been arrested during the Civil Rights Movement of the 50's and 60's). There were 3 baby's saved from murder that day, known as "confirmed saves" by experienced sidewalk counselors who have heroically stood at the gates of these murder camps nationwide, since baby murder was "legalized" in 1973. The 2 men belong to a Catholic Lay Apostolate called Dei Glorium, Latin for The Glory of God. In the dark but hopeful spring of 2010, Mr Dugan entered a motion for dismissal of charges which claimed the 2 men had " blocked access to a clinic entrance of people seeking "reproductive health care". Mr. Dugan stated correctly that; "hiring serial killers at Planned Parenthood to murder innocent children is not 'reproductive health care' ". Judge Sweet refused to even discuss Mr. Dugan's motion for dismissal during a pre trial conference, which conference turned out to be no conference at all, but only an announcement session by the pompous Judge Sweet, where he proclaimed;"I have set a date for the trial". At this point, Dugan was still hopeful that the judge would uphold his oath of office to uphold the Federal Constitution. Only when travel arrangements for the trial were being discussed did Dugan learn that the arrogant Judge Sweet had denied Dugan's motion for dismissal and was hell bent on stomping on the Constitution and going to trial. It gets worse. During the trial the judge disclosed that his wife had been on the Board of Directors of Planned Parenthood, he then should have recused himself from the case as a matter of course, but didn't. Planned Parenthood is considered by many to be the " Neo Nazi SS" of our time. Also, the paid witness for Planned Parenthood, a young female "social worker" who works at the killing center in lower Manhattan, was caught committing purjury during the one day trial, of which Judge Sweet commented to the effect that; " it doesn't matter ". Rogue Judge Sweet then amazingly and illegally, found the 2 men guilty of violating the infamous, illegal and unconstitutional "FACE" Act and set sentencing for October, 12th, 2010 at the Federal District Court of Lower Manhattan, where they are expected to get 6 months and a 10,000 fine , or worse. Bobby Jindal's de facto Ex-Communication

PRESS RELEASE: The Governor of Louisiana, Bobby Jindal, has Ex-Communicated himself from the Catholic Church by failing to stop baby murder in his state. He took an oath of office to uphold the Constitution of the State of Louisiana which states that the government is obligated to protect life. By failing to stand between the serial killing abortionist's and the baby's they murder, he is failing to uphold his oath of office to defend the Constitution. He is not doing his job, he should be impeached. More importantly, he has the power, authority and the obligation to stop baby murder in Louisiana and by doing nothing to save the children, he de facto ex-communicates himself. He should not receive communion until he publicly repents and stops the slaughter of the Holy Innocents in his state. Besides upholding his oath of office to defend the Constitution of Louisiana and protect life, he has known for several years that abortion clinics in Louisiana, including one in his own backyard, Delta Clinic in Baton Rouge, break many laws and could be closed at any time for this. Ample evidence has been provided to him by Pro Lifer's to close all the baby killing centers in Louisiana, yet he does nothing, more grounds for de facto ex-communication. We will be doing Governor Jindal's job, as well as that of the Police, FBI and others in authority who fail to arrest serial killer's and the parents who hire them to exterminate their babies. How to Stop War

by Ric Dugan, IRC Director. The Diocese of Lafayette Louisiana, USA asked me to write a autobiography as part of my admission process to become a Priest, and this is it. I don't like to bring any attention to myself, I don't want to take focus off the Baby Killing Holocaust going on worldwide so I wrote this only to help the Church know more about me. When I was 7 or 8 years old, I promised Jesus I would dedicate my life to stopping war. For the next forty years, I would search everyday for the answer. I did all sorts of research and everything I did was directed towards finding a way to stop war. My whole life revolved around this promise to Jesus. Later on I realized this was a Covenant the Lord established with me. When I was 40 years old, I was anointed a Peacemaker by the Holy Spirit. I spent 1 year praying and meditating, asking the Lord what I should do. He told me I was to work to stop the greatest war in the history of mankind, the war between the mother and the baby in her womb. Now I am 47 and I have found out how to stop war. The answer is very simple, and it came from Jesus and Mother Mary. If I tell people this answer, no one will believe or listen to me.
